Summer Studies

JAMK also offers summer studies during the summer semester. The summer semester is from 24 May to 23 June 2021. Students can complete elective courses and courses that are part of their degree programme.

Enrol for summer studies at JAMK via the Peppi student and study information system from 1 December 2020 to 30 April 2021.

You may search for summer studies in two different ways:

1. By choosing "Summer study" option from the Timing menu in the Study Search
2. By entering search word "VAz21K1" in the search field.

Each year in May-June, JAMK organises the international JAMK Summer School. It brings together students and teachers of various fields from all over the world. It is a great opportunity to study in a relaxed atmosphere in the middle of beautiful summer.

CampusOnline.fi is the joint portal of 24 universities of applied sciences, where you can view the joint summer course provision for summer 2020. Enrolment begins on 15 March 2021 at 8:00.

Degree students of the University of Jyväskylä, JAMK University of Applied Sciences and the Jyväskylä Municipal Education Consortium have the opportunity to choose summer studies from the courses offered jointly by these educational institutions. This allows students to complement or deepen their skills by also taking courses offered outside of their own educational institution. The student intake for the courses is limited, and students can sign up for them by clicking the EduFutura summer studies link that can be found on each educational institution’s own website.
